The training of doctoral candidates in IDEoPOP is developed along five intertwined pillars: 1) a joint introductory training module comprising two lecture series; 2) an ongoing joint doctoral colloquium; 3) regular workshops; 4) secondments to other beneficiary institutions within the same WP as well as to non-academic associated partners; 5) trainings in methods, field research, research communication and policy advice, and career development.
